Donovan has been an integral part of the CP&A team since December 2014, consistently delivering exceptional customer service with a smile. He not only answers your calls and processes orders but genuinely enjoys interacting with our customers, finding them a pleasure to work with. As Donovan puts it, "I honestly like our customers—they always seem genuinely happy to talk to us."
In a business that is both exciting and challenging, Donovan’s key to success lies in adhering to straightforward processes that are easy to execute and maintain. Despite the sometimes heavy workload at the order desk, Donovan and his team avoid getting bogged down by bureaucracy and policy.
When Donovan answers your call, feel free to ask him about his musical pursuits with the Tri-City Ratpack. They’ve had the honor of opening for Jay Leno at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, recorded three albums with the local rock band ThinLine Sid, and collaborated on the debut album of local rap artist the Original CHU.
And just when you thought Donovan couldn’t get any cooler—he spent five years of his teenage years living in Ghana, West Africa, where his parents were missionaries.
