Mining Equipment Lubricants

I came in and bought that Regal R&O on Friday. I wanted to send a quick note about how helpful and nice everyone at the front counter was. Sometimes a guy that’s not buying $10 000 bucks worth of product a year gets treated like shit at an industrial type supplier. Definitely not the case at Chris Page.

Since the inception in 2001, our partnership with Chris Page & Associates Ltd. and Chevron Delo 400 has been very sound. The product is great! As a rule, we run our mixed fleet of Caterpillar and Cummins engines on a maintenance schedule of 40,000 km and 50,000 km oil drain intervals.

I am confident using Chevron Delo 400 15W-40 and I would recommend to anyone that they should use it in their Heavy Duty truck fleet.

We operate a fleet of heavy haul trucks and trailers. These units require some pretty excessive grease intervals. One of our operators had found a product (In the US) that worked very well on the trailers and tended to have the ability to stick on the pin joints resulting in far less wear and the comfort knowing that the unit would continue to keep grease on these joints. In saying this, I had quite the struggle in trying to obtain this product here in Canada until Tanya Bartman had done a cold call to our facility. I gave Tanya the product name and code (as it was a direct competitor to her organization) and she seemed very excited to run with it and research what it was exactly I was asking of her. I must say I was very hesitant that she would be successful as I have tried with other suppliers in the past. Tanya came back to me a short time later with a product she had felt would be equivalent. After passing on to my operators to try this product in all the different elements and temperatures they operate in, they came back with huge raves on this grease. Tanya had done an amazing job for us. Not only in being able to source a product locally, but I am confident the product is superior to what we had (just because of the stick-to-it-of-ness LOL) and it supports local business and she was able to save us money.

As a service provider, to my customers, I will not sell inferior oil. I will only sell the best and Delo 400 15W40 is the very best! My customers are very pleased with Delo, no consumption, no problems and no complaints. Personally, I believe that when it comes to oil you should not price shop, you should buy the best. I tell everyone that Delo 400 is the best diesel engine oil you can buy.
